We are looking for an energetic, proactive, and resourceful individual to support new initiatives that our Talent team will be engaged in during the summer of 2020 – from employee engagement, implementation of digital talent solutions, promoting inclusion & diversity and driving process improvement.  This is a great opportunity for someone interested in research and technology, HR, talent management, hiring techniques and onboarding processes, marketing and social media tools, and working on variety of projects.

Job Description

This internship will provide the ability to do and learn from the following:

  • Research and compare talent trends as it relates to businesses and how that will influence HR and talent programs at ADI.
  • Learn about talent engagement and retention by helping to roll out a new engagement platform
  • Document and transform current business processes into workflow and documentation to streamline business process and automate project management efforts
  • Help implement digital employee self-service experiences
  • Gain experience on the full lifecycle of implementing learning and leadership programs – from development to measuring impact
  • Performs other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Technically savvy / a digital native
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office products
  • HR or organizational psychology-focused major and studies
  • A results-focused individual
  • Ability to manage competing demands and juggle multiple projects
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Analytical with the ability to see and tell the story behind the number
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced role with a variety of experiences
