Responsibilities:

• Achieve business Target and KPIs, relevant to revenue, customer base expansion and sales lead generation
• Make outbound calls to new customers acquisition & business and product promotion
• Handle inbound calls from hotlines referral
• From calls, obtain customer information and business profile (qualify customers potential)
• Provide service to customers on account setup and product introduction
• Make quotes and issue contract for customers when needed

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above with minimum of 1 year experience in SALES or customer service. Bachelor degree holder with less experience will also be considered
• Good interpersonal, communication and telephone handling skills
• Sales and results-oriented, pro-active, self-motivated and possess a positive work attitude
• Able to work in a dynamic environment
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
