Responsible for the analysis of market and customer data in order to create opportunities for market development, expansion or deepening of relationship via acquisition, resell or retention campaigns.

• Perform stewardship of data assets, ensure data quality and safekeeping of personally identifiable information of internal and external customers.
• Use available information to intelligently craft campaign/s focused on cross-sell, up-sell, and recapture of existing clients. Craft reports from various data sources relevant to campaigns (existing and for launch) for preparation and/or performance tracking.
• Retrieve, analyse and summarise business, operations, customer and economic data in order to develop business intelligence and optimise effectiveness of initiatives or campaigns.
• Develop and roll-out analytical reports (BAU and adhoc) with regard to leads and customer behaviour. These may be used by stakeholders relevant to processes/efforts that will help in achievement of Company goals. Prepare ongoing reports and data visualisations including charts, dashboards, heat maps.
• Operate technical aspects of key marketing systems (CRM or leads management systems, data services, and lead management processes).
• Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.
• Collect, analyze and report management data to support decisions on day-to-day operations, strategic planning and specific business performance issues
