Tasks

• Develop and maintain global framework/guidelines within the HUB BU business. Translated new ideas into best practices and advances the way ABB operates. Deploys Lean Six Sigma culture, capabilities and methods across the HUB BU. Continually challenge conventional thinking and drive Lean Six Sigma accountability for HUB BU or MUs' results and deployment. Serve as change agent with the HUB BU leadership team and employees. Contribution for achievement of Lean Six Sigma capability target in HUB BU.
• Acknowledged company expert on the subject matter of L6S deployment, for the HUB BU operation. Maintains an external awareness and perspective of global best practices in the field. Organized knowledge management and knowledge sharing throughout the HUB BU or BU EPPC. As the contact window of BU Lean Six Sigma community, to work together with other L6S BBs to compiles respective training material and provides training programs on subject matter expert areas on a global/regional scale. support the updating of training materials as required.
• Engage with HUB BU or MUs function specific leaders and establishes strong long-term relationships with them. Work effectively with other MBB or BB across functions and HUB BU QWINS program manager, to standardize processes and develop best practices. Initiate Six Sigma gate reviews in HUB BU Six Sigma projects and attend reviews with decision for passing the gate.
• Define KPIs for L6S development for the HUB BU. Ensure that functions performance is regularly reported and audited.
• Mentor and coach function specific BB candidates. Be able to develop pipeline of YB/GB/BB team members able to drive business results within HUB BU. Provide Lean Six Sigma training in HUB BU and strategic suppliers. Prepare and pre- assess the Black Belts project for certification. Coaches & mentors continuous improvement specialists within the business area with the Lean Six sigma Methodology. Teaches continues improvement thinking & leads Kaizen journey in HUB BU.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or above, mechanical or electrical specialty.
• Over 10 years of experience in multicultural business company and work in areas such as manufacturing, engineering, materials management, quality and process improvements with certified Black Belt or Master Black Belt of Lean Six Sigma.
• Functional Knowledge/skill: Deep domain knowledge and proven expertise in operation excellent.
• Skilled English in oral/written and Chinese Mandarin.
• Project Management skills - Meets deadlines, follows up and escalates late actions, closes gaps before they become a problem. Provides updates to site leader on weekly basis on progress.
• Ability to manage complex issues and work with cross-functional teams.
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
