This exciting role offers opportunity to: Responsible for working with Plant leadership in identifying high-priority areas for improvement from annual Plant level value Stream Mapping rounds: in order to ensure ELSS efforts are aligned to and fully support profit Plan and Strategic Plan goals. 5S+ standard work set up, training and coordinate with plant leaders to run 5S+ activity for continuous improvement. Layout out design for shopfloor to create the batch / pieces flow. Serving as a continuous improvement leader by coordinating and monitoring projects / implementation plans and driving accountability throughout the organization. Pull system monitor with KANBAN system, reviewing the VSM process in each working station. Optimizing the material flow with ELSS tools. Collaborate with plant team members to implemented KAIZEN with problems solving tools. Digital transformation project support (IE 4.0 / automation / ERP system ..... ) Qualifications Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineer, Mechanical, Materials or a related field. 3-5 years working experience in CI / LEAN / Planning department. Technical knowledge Lean Manufacturing Continue improvement framework Soft skills 1. English ability: intermediate writing and reading 2. Well communication skill and learning agility 3.
