Support the delivery of the Site Strategy with full focus on the site priorities as custodian of Mars Supply Excellence System (MSE). Being responsible for the implementation and further development of MSE for the Verden site based on the 6 mindsets and behaviours, as well as the 5 principles in all levels of the organization. In this role you are an active member of the Site Management Team in Verden (Germany).

What would be your key responsibilities?

• Develop the Mars Supply Excellence Site implementation plan
• Integrate the Global MSE roadmap in our site strategy
• Be the local expert embedding the MSE culture on site and engage all associates across all levels
• Owns, moderates, and improves the local MSE governance system
• Coaching site leaders and pillar leaders
• Is actively part of the regional MSE community and leads the local MSE community
• Establishes the technical training strategy for supply in the site

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or technical degree/advanced degree desirable
• Proven Lean/TPM management experience and/or business process change management
• Coaching experience / skills
• Experience in managing & coaching teams: indirect and direct
• Passion and persuasion for lean principles and Supply Excellence
• High approachability and great networking skills
• Fluent in German and English
