职位描述

Play a key role in the development of a centralized Continuous Improvement office in order to keep the customers convinced that the company is truly committed to Lean. Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice Lean vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to improve operational performance Work with management to identify, develop and implement continuous improvement projects, cost reductions, product quality enhancements, and process effectiveness improvement Undertake business process analysis, statistical analysis for improvement projects and to support wider change Implement AB Cost, Gemba Walk for all supervisors and managers, root cause analysis, value stream mapping and production cell evaluation Provide necessary training for employees in Lean principles to support continuous improvement ideas that will be generated solely by management. Report on progress of projects, understanding the risks, dependencies, budgets, resourcing, issues, critical milestones and forthcoming pipeline, and actions necessary to ensure success Conduct risk assessments of processes
