Lean Material Flow Coordinator

Job Description
At Eaton Haina we have a vacancy for a coordinator LMF. This role has the the following responsabilities: Lead Lean Material Flow initiatives across the plant with the following description/activities: Job Responsibilities Lead Material Flow Engineering planning, design and support implementation of Pull System across the plant. Define and develop PFEP (plan for every part) For Suppliers includes: Definition of packaging approval process, Logistics between 3PL and Eaton buildings. At the Plant includes: Calculating volumes, inventory levels, and mix/max in supermarkets. Kitting/sequence cells, and points-of-use. Act as single point of contact for NPI, VAVE, PLS and Manufacturing Engineering including coordinating department study, responses to studies and Department reviews, ensure accurate Line Layouts needs to support Lean production and ensure accurate part usage/allocations, and analyze discrepancies. Undertake projects to improve the current layout and flow of operations within the factory and integrate these with the ERP system. Ensure material flow, material layouts, internal Route designs and manpower allocations are optimized and support lean strategy. Identify cost reduction or process improvement logistics opportunities. Implement ideal presentation of materials in the point of use. Produce standard work procedures across the factory to streamline flow of operations. Develop workflow metrics, internal analysis tools and KPIs for performance of processes. Qualifications Qualifications. G08 Required: Intermediate English skill written and spoken. Bachelor’s degree student with 90% credits completed. Carrers of Industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or other engineering career. Preferred: Advanced English skill written and spoken. Years and area of experience required: Required: Demonstrable technical experience and knowledge of LEAN principles. Minimum (2) years experience in operative support areas. Preferable experience: Manufacturing areas, Lean tools implementation or related areas. Preferred: Experience working with ERP systems. Experience working with suppliers and/or 3PL. Definition and handling of parts packaging. Definition of layouts to satisfy material flow process. Technical knowledge: Required: Knowledge in Microsoft Office package. Problem solving experience using 5 Why, 8D, Root Cause Analysis, DMAIC or other techniques Preferred: Lean Manufacturing certification ELSS y CIF trainings Project Management training Six sigma training ERP system knowledge such as MAPICS, SAP, ORACLE, etc Soft skills Passionate: Exceptional self-motivation and a pro-active confidence needed to identify and prioritize work Think and Act strategically: Project management skills and the ability to balance short-term firefighting with long term improvement projects Customer Focus, Get Results through self and others, Structured Problem solving mindset. Excellent understanding of mechanical, engineering and Lean principles Good communication skills and the ability to produce clear, precise work instructions Ability to work in a team or alone and unsupervised as needed A hands-on practical approach, ability to work with tools and machinery if required Qualifications.
