Lean/ Opex Coordinator (m/w/d)

Job Description
- Management and coordination of continuous improvement processes at the sites in Nettersheim and Sint Niklaas (Belgium) - Work closely with quality management on the internal complaint process - Work closely with local management to develop and achieve local KPI's - Support the processes and deployment of Eaton Lean Six Sigma (ELSS), Eaton Quality System (EQS) and Eaton Management System of Environment, Safety, Security and Health (MESH). - Conduct training on ELSS, EQS and MESH. - Analyze and promote internal best practices locally and globally - Contact person for the Eaton Business System with responsibility for the implementation of the required measures - Contribute to the establishment of cost reduction targets and operational performance goals (balanced score card, productivity and quality improvements) - Collaborate with all departments (especially Production, Engineering, Controlling and SCM) to ensure 'Lean Production'. - Support of the SCM team in planning and procurement processes (article master maintenance) Qualifications - Completed studies (mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or similar) or comparable training in the technical field with several years of relevant professional experience required - First relevant work experience in similar function required - Very good knowledge of Lean Management required - Knowledge of ISO 9000 ff, ISO 14001 environmental management, ISO 50001 energy management desirable - SixSigma training an advantage - Good analytical skills and organizational ability - Strong team orientation and ability to lead cross-functional work groups - Assertiveness and confident appearance - Ability to initiate and successfully implement change processes - Computer skills (MS Office) - Very good English and German skills, both written and spoken We are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for job applicants and employees.
