This job opportunity is for a LSS Black Belt with Kaizen and large group facilitation experience for the Corporate Planning Capabilities team. You are responsible for accelerating the pace of solving problems by utilizing breakthrough Lean improvement methods and adapting them situationally. The Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen Practitioner will be responsible for but not limited to:
� Close partnership with the project manager� Perform as a coach, mentor as well as work closely with Front Line Managers on Lean process simplification plans� Facilitate SIPOC, As-Is and To-Be process mapping, and Ideal State thinking to assist in simplifying the business process� Identify waste and variation in business processes and partner with teams to reduce� Identify how to translate high level management metrics into actionable process level metrics � Facilitate (both virtually and eventually in-person) large groups of people to value-added outcomes� Define and partner with Change Management Stakeholders� Efficiently pull, manipulate, and analyze data with proficiency in statistical analysis in JMP and extract data from Power BI dashboards.� Travel 10 percent of the time, when we can travel again.

Experience working with senior management and executive levels� Large group facilitation: Exhibit confidence and proficiency in leading large teams in half day and full day sessions applying structured methodologies to achieve event objectives� Communication: Communication and presentation skills to influence while demonstrating executive presence and good judgment� Systems thinking: Connect seemingly disparate information and develop solutions based upon facts/data analytics� Business consulting: Business acumen with an understanding of Intel's strategy, business, and product groups� Analytical skills: See the interconnectedness and cycles of all that surrounds you as well as draw accurate conclusions from data and determine appropriate interventions to address business challenges� Project management: Execute fundamental project management skills where needed and appropriate� Tolerance for Ambiguity: Navigate and develop a path in the face of fast-paced changing focus
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship
Minimum Qualifications:
� 6+ years of experience in leading large-scale changes in the supply chain.
� 3+ years direct application of Lean tools and methods
�3+ years of large group facilitation experience
� Bachelor Degree
Preferred Qualifications:
� Master's Degree (or M.B.A.) in Supply Chain Management, Engineering and or Organizational Change Management.
� Lead Kaizen facilitator with 3+ years' experience� Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt� MAP (Make A Plan) Day facilitation experience in leading large groups to map program/initiative deliverables and dependencies across a 12-18 month horizon� Experience in an Agile environment a plus� Understanding or experience of the Global Supply Chain a plus

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
