職務說明 / Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and model existing operation processes to identify improvement options and designs and implement processes, to deploy plans from conception through closing on routine aspects of re-engineering projects.
• Assesses the degree of risk impact, timeframe, and cost of re-engineering required to achieve the desired objectives.
• Develops routine metrics that provide data for process management and indicators for future improvement opportunities. Collects data to identify root cause problems. Researches processes to aid in the translation of business objectives into functional requirements and solution designs.
• Work with BU operation, Quality Assurance (QA) and related functions to organize, lead and facilitate process re-engineering projects.
• Act as process re-engineering consultant to train and transform the process improvement methods, techniques, and tools to ensure “best practices” are shared and applied
• Facilitate the resolution of resistance to change, conflicts and disagreements.

• Skills and Requirements:
• Expert in business re-engineering processes, business processing models, process design, and Project Management
• Profession with process re-engineering tools, methods, and techniques
• Strong knowledge to the 6-Sigma, LEAN Management process
• Good communication skill and patience for implementing the whole process from education, training, identification, monitoring/tracking and result review.
• Initiative and independence in solving problems and developing methods
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable and able to perform multiple tasks

• Education & Experience:
• Diploma or above in industry management, industry engineering, business administration, management or related filed
• Good command of English
• At least 5 years in working with business process re-engineering processes, business processing models, process design, and Project Management
• Experienced with testing lab is plus
