The Learning Analyst is primarily responsible in creating measure of learning effectiveness, aligning performance thresholds, analyzing data, and identifying areas for improvement of training and trainer via development of scorecards and various methods.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop an ongoing pipeline of analyses that covers all new hire and tenured training impacts - self-paced e-learning, virtual and face to face workshops and on the job learning activities.
• Works closely with Instructional Design Officers and Training Officers etc. to manage and track all pre-and post-learning performance.
• Designs and documents weekly and monthly reports and helps identify trends in historical reports and assess critical outcomes.
• Creates and maintains dashboards, supplies data and analyses for presentation decks and course materials. Evaluating training activities, creating insights and defining lessons learned to be implemented.
• Remains current on developments in training and instructional methodologies, including technology enhancements, and attends periodic seminars, forums and meetings to ensure currency of education.
• Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferably Management/Industrial Engineering or Business related courses
• Preferably with at least 2 years work experience in a quantitative analytics role.
• Experience analyzing and documenting business processes.
• Experience communicating the results of analysis with visualization techniques.
• Ability to independently lead, plan, and manage data and statistical analysis.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills, attention to detail and focus on quality.
• Excellent verbal, written, professional communication skills.
• Proficient with Excel (VLOOKUP’s, pivot tables, macros, etc.)
• Experience in building reporting tables
