We foster a teamwork culture with room for individual development About the role The Learning Architect will be responsible for creating learning programs covering the EMEA Zone working with Learning Engagement Managers and Deployment teams to put together Learning proposals which meet customer needs. The Learning Architect will work with the customer to ensure a focused approach for leveraging the strength of Capital tool-suite to address the customer design problems and fully realize the ROI of adopting the Capital toolset. As a Learning Architect you will be contributing to the success of a team of consultants, product specialists and account managers by accelerating the adoption of Siemens SW in European region accounts. Primary focus will be on Siemens customers in Transportation, Industrial and Military Aerospace industries. Area of responsibility Primary Responsibilities: Working with Deployment teams and Learning Engagement Managers to create Learning proposals that match the agreed customer process and delivery phasing. Delivery of Instructor Led Training to customers remotely or face to face. Coordinating delivery resources from Siemens or Training Partners. Locating new partners and validating their skills prior to training delivery. Working with Siemens training support to ensure that On-Demand training facilities are available and have been tested prior to training. Working with appropriate segment resources to identify training priorities and training collateral requirements. Tailoring existing training material and Creation of custom training material to meet individual customer requirements. Secondary Responsibilities: Support Solution Architects in delivering customer deployment projects which could include Business process definition and capture Deliver technical workshops as determined in deployment projects Configure tools to tailor environment to fit to customer’s requirements Assist consulting management and account managers in determining incremental sales opportunities (services & products) and strategy leveraged by the successful deployment project Providing technical assistance to customers including technical problem solving Communicate customer technical requirements to product marketing Travel will be involved mainly within the European region, occasionally beyond.
