The Learning Consultant will be primarily responsible for supporting Centre Manager in sales work.

Serve families by providing transformative education and through the cultivation of a learning community all around the world.

Sales

  • Handle a pipeline of Active and Qualified leads
  • Conduct Assessments
  • Maintain consistent and clear records of families as they move through pipeline (using CRM)
  • Reach and exceed Sales Targets
  • Adhere to the Leads Management Policy and KPIs as overseen by Centre Manager
  • Report weekly and monthly sales output
  • Adhere to SOPs

Family Service

  • Providing great service to all families
  • Be a good listener and collect all information regarding any issues families have when studying at Studio
  • Introducing Studio Offerings (courses) to families in need
  • Occasionally delivering center operation notifications to families
  • Following proper procedures when reporting and solving cases
  • Working alongside PCS FLMs and WAHS FDOs to provide exceptional educational services
  • Liaiasing with Head Teachers about educational issues

Centre Operation

  • Cooperating with the Centre Manager to maintain a clean and professional environment of center all the time
  • Reporting issues with facilities and resources
  • Additional Learning Consultant Responsibilities
  • Ensuring the safety of all students all times
  • Assisting the Centre team with the delivery of Studio Education products

Related Work Experience

  • A track record of successful sales experience is required, preferably in the Education Industry.
  • Customer Service Experience in any industry is a desired skill, preferably in the Education Industry.
  • Previous work experience in the English-language is required.

Computer Skills

1. The Learning Consultant will possess proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook with experience in using CRM systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics etc.

2. The Learning Consultant will successfully learn how to use (following training) any new computer systems or software programs which the school decides to implement at a later date.

3. The Learning Consultant will complete and file documents according to the school’s standards and guidelines including administrative work to track sales and accounts received.

  • Strong phone calling skills with a positive and professional phone manner and the ability to make multiple calls daily.
  • Excellent in communication skills and interpersonal skills with colleagues, managers and customers.
  • Proficient English Language abilities.
  • A positive attitude with a strong sense for problem solving.
  • Responsible and reliable.
  • Very organized time management skills in order to work efficiently and process leads in a timely manner.
