Report to: Manager, Learning Delivery

Location: Ho Chi Minh City

Position Objective:

• This specialist role is responsible for building a team of competent insurance specialists/financial advisors using the in-house designed and developed programme to provide coaching support to the bank partners and sellers either through online, face to face or blended learning approach, thus contributing to the Company’s sales performance achievement and sustainable growth within allocated resource and approved budget according to the core value and standard of the company.

The Roles and Responsibilities:

• Delivers sales and sales leadership proramme nation-wide to facilitate training programs (in-class, virtual delivery & joint field work) as planned to achieve the sales performance and KPIs

• Perform needs-based analysis to support the sales force, define gaps & work with sales managers to implement tactical coaching clinics for further improvement.

• Joint Field Work/ Follow up with learners post training is mandatory to ensure skills transfer takes place

• Execute Learning Roadmaps and Training Activities with Bank Partners to work in collaboration to implement holistic development plan and sales focus trainings to all key target audience

• Rollout BSEP, BMEP as fundamental programmes to our sales team and bank partners

• Senior Coach will undergo Coach-the-Coach to be certified to deliver more targeted programmes: ASEP, RSEP, TSEP, VSEP

• Senior Coach will also be tasked as a mentor to guide and develop new Coach and accountable to their development

• Lead Agile Based Projects – be the leader in identifying the problems and develop solutions to drive the project outcomes

Requirements:

• Education: University Degree from reputable University locally or overseas.

• Experience 3 years and above of experience in insurance, banks or financial industry sales or training

• Demonstrates curiosity and willingness to experiment with new approaches for continuous self-improvement

• Understands concept of customer centricity and acts accordingly showing Forward Thinking Entrepreneur

• Good interpersonal skill and presentation skills through social platforms

• Strong in Presentation, Coaching and Delivery skills

• Passionate, innovative thinking, strong analytical and problem-solving skill

• High Forward Thinking entrepreneur mentality, always seeking ways for delivery improvements to make training effective and practical

•  Collaborative Challenger, collaborates with others and take action

• Fluent communication in both English and Vietnamese

• Experience in Digital Learning or facilitating virtual classroom sessions will be an advantage
