Job Description
岗位职责:

GENERAL JOB OBJECTIVE:

To drive learning and development strategy, establish comprehensive learning and development mechanism, accelerate organization capability development and enhance learning environment to support the sustainable growth of people, organization and business.

ESSENTIAL JOB SCOPE:

? Design and implement the Learning & Development Strategy to meet the business needs and to create a sustainable learning environment culture ensuring the organizational capability could optimize continuously.
? Provide organizational development expertise and capabilities in the areas of coaching, employee engagement, team effectiveness, and culture building. Develop and promote organizational development activities in support of business development.
? Develop Learning & people development programs to well support our organizational strategic plan and business objectives. Identify, develop and monitor program effectiveness.
? Provide supporting, coaching, tools and interventions to HRBPs and business leaders to address leadership/talent issues or priorities.
? Partner with HR cross functions & business leaders for key talent development and retention, to manage talent across the organization and help to ensure a match between business and individual needs.
? Build-up and maintain learning & development system from training policies and procedures to training materials, construct diversified learning & development resources to fit team & individual development needs. Establish evaluation mechanism system to ensure the efficiency of learning & development implementation.
? Cooperate with external vendors to identify the right training resources, ensure the high quality of delivery and logistic service by training vendors.
? Participate related HR programs if necessary.



任职资格:

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

? Bachelor’s Degree in Education or Human Resources or related fields. MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
? 15 + years of successful leadership management experience in the human resources field with at least 8 years of progressive organizational design, learning management systems, or enterprise organization leadership training experience preferred.
? Experience in training needs analysis and design required with experience in curriculum development and delivery highly desirable.
? Ability to assess training needs and develop and implement programs to support company growth objectives, operational excellence & workforce and succession planning initiatives.
? Excellent, effective and professional verbal and written communication skills; ability to manage a productive flow of communication in a variety of settings.
? Ability to partner with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
? Good presentation and facilitation skills.
? Good leadership and coaching skills.
