Hotel Overview:  

Situated in Senayan Square at the South end of Jakarta's Central Business District, Fairmont Jakarta will feature 380 spacious guestrooms and 108 Fairmont branded suites. Additional features and amenities to the urban hotel include a number of lounges and several restaurants featuring a variety of culinary offerings. For corporate events and local galas, the hotel features 3,500 square meters of function space, including a1,200 square meter ballroom.

Summary of Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Director of Talent & Culture, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:         

• Facilitate all Company training programs and ensure standards are followed

• Provide on-going coaching and guidance for departemental trainers or department leaders to ensure consistency of quality training

• Ensure all training materials is up to date

• Coordinate all training seminars

• Act as an internal performance consultant, involved in facilitating departmental meetings, focus groups and team-building activities as required.

• Partner with external organizations who provide support for the hotel’s learning stratedy

• Ensure all team member training, documentation and testing is completed in the required time frame

• Create and develop training materials and prgram to meet the needs of the hotel

Qualifications:

• Previous leadership experience in a related field required

• Computer literate in Microsoft Office application

• Bachelor degree in related field preferred

• Previous Hotel experience preferred

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills

• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities

• Highly responsible & reliable

• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team

• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all the times

• Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Indonesia
