Creating training programs that are align with the hotel’s objectives.
Acting as the go to person within the business for anyone with questions or queries regarding training and development plans.
Works closely with Head of Departments and having a full understanding of their needs and training requirements.
Embracing different styles of training techniques, including e-learning, tutorial sessions or coaching.
Having an awareness of the allocated budget and an ability to find solutions in order to implement the required training.
Building relationships with 3rd party training providers.
Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers.
Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations.
Work Experience
At least 5 years’ experience in a managerial role with a luxury hotel brand
At least a Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent
Excellent technical and operational skills
Excellent eye for detail
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent problem solving and analysing skills
Able to drive change and results driven
Possess high integrity and professionalism
