Job Description
Responsibilities: -
- Build and maintain the functional competency curriculums at global level to enhance organization capability
- Enhance the training and learning experience using latest state-of-art technology
- Work closely with functions and HR to develop and review the career progression path of different job roles
- Identify training and development needs, design, facilitate and evaluate the learning effectiveness of various training solutions
- Take up a regional role in ensuring the quality and on time implementation of various training initiatives
- Drive corporate culture initiatives locally and coordinate global corporate culture events
- Act a key person / project lead for the company’s global learning management system
- Manage vendors and negotiate for the best solution
- Assist the review and maintenance of learning & development policy & procedures
- Support and lead HR related assignments as required
Requirements: -
- Degree in Business Administration, Language, Psychology, Human Resources Management or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years solid learning and development / business experience in which at least 3 years in supervisory / managerial role
- Hands on experience in learning management system at educational institute, digital training or e-learning platform
- Good program design and facilitation skills
- Experience in project management and coordination with a regional scope
- Detail-oriented and with good project management skills
- Strong and approachable team player, able to interface with people at all levels with diverse needs
- Strong Microsoft office applications, adobe suite, graphic design experience is a plus
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
