Job Description

Responsibilities: -

  • Build and maintain the functional competency curriculums at global level to enhance organization capability
  • Enhance the training and learning experience using latest state-of-art technology
  • Work closely with functions and HR to develop and review the career progression path of different job roles
  • Identify training and development needs, design, facilitate and evaluate the learning effectiveness of various training solutions
  • Take up a regional role in ensuring the quality and on time implementation of various training initiatives  
  • Drive corporate culture initiatives locally and coordinate global corporate culture events
  • Act a key person / project lead for the company’s global learning management system
  • Manage vendors and negotiate for the best solution 
  • Assist the review and maintenance of learning & development policy & procedures
  • Support and lead HR related assignments as required

 

Requirements: -

  • Degree in Business Administration, Language, Psychology, Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years solid learning and development / business experience in which at least 3 years in supervisory / managerial role
  • Hands on experience in learning management system at educational institute, digital training or e-learning platform
  • Good program design and facilitation skills
  • Experience in project management and coordination with a regional scope
  • Detail-oriented and with good project management skills
  • Strong and approachable team player, able to interface with people at all levels with diverse needs
  • Strong Microsoft office applications, adobe suite, graphic design experience is a plus
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
