A great position is now available in H&M Group Production. We are hiring a Learning & Development Manager for Far East Asia Region! Make your career possible!

What is Production? It's the place where design ideas are transformed into actual products. We are in over 20 sourcing markets and are the direct point of contact for local suppliers. We work to ensure our products are of good quality and produced at the best price and in a sustainable way.  

Is this your next challenge?

As the Learning and Development Manager for your region, you have ownership over the strategy, design, and effective implementation of learning and development tools and opportunities across the region, making sure they are tailored to the business needs, carefully planned and effective. You drive the innovation on learning tools and infrastructure for the region.

You also take ownership over the effective implementation of global initiatives that need to be rolled out in your region.  

Qualifications

Who are you?

As the Learning and Development Manager for your region, you deliver on the areas you have ownership for by living our values every day and primarily through collaboration and teamwork.

You closely collaborate with other HR functions in your region, the global HR team, and your L&D colleagues in other regions to make sure our strategies are harmonized and together support the business in the most efficient way.

You think and act according to the situation, making sure the best business outcome is always the key driver of your decisions.

You act as a true H&M leader by being a role model of H&M’s leadership expectations and by focusing on developing people.
