Learning & Development Specialist (m/f/d) – Germany, Austria, Switzerland

• Ideally, you also have professional experience in hospitality?
• Do you speak English and German fluently and consider yourself digitools confident user?

What you will be doing:

• Sustaining first in class learning environment in hotels and support office in our DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
• Represent the Academy in Germany in the workers council meetings
• Delivering & coordinating training throughout the region
• Being part of Northern Europe Academy
• Influencing L&D agenda
• Providing reporting on L&D activities, learning needs analysis and more analytical work
• Localization of trainings
