Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Based on the bank's business strategy and objectives, develop and enhance Learning & Development solutions;
  • Work with Group Learning & Development team to localize and implement specific learning programs in China;
  • Perform learning needs analysis, planning, program design, execution and evaluation;
  • Manage and control learning budget and vendors;
  • Review and administrate learning policies and processes;
  • Perform learning marketing & promotion, data analytics and trainer/learning champion appreciation;
  • Support talent management work as needed.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree, major in Economics or Business Administration preferred;
  • 5+ years HR working experience with at least 3 years in learning & development or HRBP role in MNCs, experience in talent acquisition or talent management is a plus;
  • Strong project management and communication skills;
  • Fast learner with creativity, analytic skills and judgement;
  • Strong influence without authority to build trust and cross-department /team network;
  • Good team spirit, can-do attitude and willing to embrace new challenges;
  • Experienced user in Learning Management System preferred.
