This position is responsible for strategically engaging prospects with the tools and platforms in blended learning to achieve business results. This includes working closely with the HK GoToMarket team to develop and produce sales learning content, conduct needs analysis and present to users and clients (mainly from educational sector) with a goal to build up sustaining revenue and long term user commitment

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain a compelling presentation model with clear learning objectives, practicing experiences in order to convert prospects into sustainable business models
• Ability to identify continuously learning needs for conversion into sustainable user experience
• Design instructor-led and virtual training programs and materials for sustaining and advancing users’ engagement interests. Develop and maintain an organized view of learning content, resources and tools
• Be responsible to focus in certain market sectors, plus business and training support to overseas markets where necessary

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Education or computer engineering
• Not less than 3 years of experience in instructional design, or business using sales methodology and learning strategies
• Solid understanding of the HK educational landscape plus experience in education / teaching fields highly preferable
• Demonstration of native English standard, fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin required
• Superb verbal, written and visual communication skills
• Produce original content in a variety of media (LMS, PPT, video scripts, etc.) with the goal to design and develop engaging learning experiences
• Positive and passionate in work, strong team player
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Experience in a start-up environment/ fast pace technology industry preferred
• For candidates with lesser experiences will be considered to be Assistant Manager or Senior Consultant.
