Job Description
  • Knowledge on range of learning related theories, case studies and applications
  • Understand, analyze and translate business challenges into learning needs with business in detail (learning objectives) and establish measurable business related outcomes/results based on LNA results
  • Key account /consultant for HR business partners and/or functional business group during the LNA, design, development & evaluation phases
  • Conceptualize, design, localize and adapt programs in close collaboration with subject matter experts & learning partners
  • Assure quality standards and program effectiveness through pilot delivery, during roll-out & post evaluation
6.Knowledge on (at least one) functional business area (Safety background is preferred)
  • Content management/ownership for their functional portfolio together with Subject Matter Experts
  • State-of-the art learning expertise (e.g. knowledge of classroom, e-learning, blended learnings, current trends & tools)
  • Ability to facilitate and/or deliver training (at least for one training topic as main facilitator) and able to coach facilitators on current learning methods
  • Lead Asia Pacific / local projects & support other functional roles with-in the seed campus daily operation as required to achieve the global and local initiatives
  • Ensure compliance at all levels of company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance and use of company tools and resources within guidelines.
  • Follow all safety policies, procedures and work instructions according to the safety management system and fulfill his/her responsibilities as stated in the safety manual so as to protect the safety of himself/herself and fellow colleagues.
  • Other assignments from direct superior.
职位要求:
Education (Degree, major) : Degree in a Business related field or MBA
Working Experience (minimum working year & experience): "Min. 3 years practical experience in learning development or training design / delivery as facilitator
Practical experience in non-tech training design
Experience in leading projects successfully
Safety Background is preferred"
Language: Good English skills (both written and spoken)
Computer skills: "Competent in all aspects of computer use & wide competency in Microsoft programs - particular Office
Knowledge on various learning methodologies & tools is preferred"
Other Specialties: "State-of-the art learning expertise (e.g. knowledge of classroom, e-learning, and blended learning methods)
Strong client focus and the ability to quickly and effectively build and sustain relationships and establish trust
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Openness to work in international/ multicultural environment"
Specific certificate: Ability to reach campus Facilitator Certification - Advanced level
