This full-time learning and business excellence internship role is based at Siemens Healthineers Magnet Technology in Eynsham, Oxford and offers a favourable internship salary and benefits package. As a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning and Business Excellence Intern, you will help to develop, propose and implement learning and communication policies, methods, processes and programmes. You will also guide and support the implementation of learning and development projects across the business. Please note that this position offers many exciting opportunities to be involved in, getting to work with all departments across the business. As a Learning and Business Excellence Intern, you will work with our supportive team for 12 months, starting in Summer 2023. In this time, some of the things you can expect to do are: Source, book, coordinate and record all internal and external training, including new starter inductions Manage SkillUP champions in the business whilst personally promoting the platform Provide the central contact point for administration, communication and training information for the business Encourage and support Corporate Social Responsibility activities whilst implementing and guiding new initiatives Facilitate effective internal communications by implementing and applying communication methods and strategies This Learning and Business Excellence internship would be ideal for a student completing a placement year as part of their degree.
