We, the P&O Strategy and Product Development team, are just one year into driving a large-scale transformation within the People and Organization (P&O) function to help to become more agile, people-centric and business-driven to better co-own the overall Siemens transformation. Our remit includes strategy and portfolio management, and now we are strengthening our communication and transformation focus. We are a very international team (< 10 people) with diverse set of backgrounds, e.g., strategy consulting, operational business management, and P&O business partnering. What part will you play in particular. We seek a highly experienced and motivated professional to join our team as Head of Learning (f/m/d) for People and Organization (P&O) internal Workforce Transformation and Capability Management: In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to our People and Organization (P&O) team, consulting on our #NextWork and MySkills initiatives. You will identify current challenges and create strategic learning initiatives to shape the growth and development of our global P&O community. As an analyst, you will use learning data and analytics to make strategic decisions and steer our initiatives. As a strategist, you will define the learning strategy, create a capacity and resource plan, build and manage the learning community, and develop and implement relevant measures and programs. You will also align and orchestrate learning offerings for P&O topics for businesses and functions, collaborating with expert teams such as DEI, #NextWork, MyGrowth, and EHS. As an ambassador, you will work to cultivate a growth mindset and learning culture within our global P&O community. You will maintain relationships with key stakeholders and influencers, and work closely with the Global Head of Talent Acquisition to improve our global onboarding journey for P&O. Additionally, you will engage with functional and expert communities to integrate them into the Siemens Learning Ecosystem. What you need to bring. We are seeking a highly experienced professional with a strong academic background in business strategy, business development, learning & development, or a related field, and at least 5+ years of professional experience in relevant knowledge-based industries. As a Senior Learning and Competence professional, you must have profound experience in setting up and executing learning strategies for businesses, functions or countries. Additionally, you must have experience in consulting, transformation management, community management and relationship management. As a trusted partner, you must have the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and management executives and enjoy working in the field of Learning and Growth, shaping the new Learning Ecosystem for business growth and success. A Growth mindset and technology with purpose should be reflected in your close interaction with internal and external players in a global and cross-functional environment. Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to derive insights from in-depth data analyses and connect the dots, is required. You are curious, inclusive, motivated, and committed to trying new things, learning, and pushing innovations forward. Additionally, you must be stress-resistant, well-organized and precise. International experience is a must, and you must have excellent English language skills. Willingness to travel internationally (20-30%) is also required. What else do you need to know? However, we are open to considering candidates in any major Siemens locations/countries comfortable working in European timings.
