Learning and Development Coordinator

You are a multi-tasker and are able to work independently, delivering and administering a range of training & development programs to meet the needs of internal staff.

What you will be doing:

• Engage with Training Manager to conduct skill analysis, training need analysis and prioritize training.
• Ensures that all training records are filed and updated regularly
• Plan annual initiatives and training programs in discussion with L&D Manager
• Involve in discussions with L&D Manager in understanding the requirements of mandatory trainings, technical trainings & behavioral trainings

Your experience and skills include:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize work in an environment with multiple interests
• Ability to handle complex and confidential information with discretion
• Competency using a variety of computer softwares
