Job Description

  • This position would be the human resource business partner to strategically lead and act on operational and functional excellence as major responsibility. Lead in functional areas of human resources development (HRD) including but not limited to talent strategy, talent acquisition, training, people development, retention, succession plan, organization development, and specific projects. Master the development and implementation of customized local talent programs and build continuity system of employee life cycle through all kinds of HR best practice to meet site vision and mission.
  • Conduct talent acquisition : recruit, screen, interview and advise in the selection of all external and internal talent and internal transfer of the facility including managers, supervisors, non-supervisory personnel, working level staffs to meet manning strategy , and well-utilize corporate resource (TAC).

a. Talent acquisition strategy to cope with profit plan and organizational growth.

b. Develop recruiting best practice and execution to attract talent.

c. Efficient and effective talent selection to fulfill future organization.

d. Build local talent pipeline and network to be competitive and obtain benchmarking information. 

  • Lead talent development : lead and generate local people development program and well-utilize corporate resource (TMOE) along with employee life cycle and career development in Golf Pride. Monitors program administration and evaluate effectiveness to ensure organizational needs are met and concerns are resolved.

a. Execute organization change management practice with people development to adopt plant change and vision of B2C.

b. Annual training planning and execution and generate smart profit plan to leverage learning resource as a high level internal consultant.

c. Responsible for career development of key talent and retention.

  • Develop organizational capability through organizing the Organization Capability Assessment process and facilitating succession plan of key contributor and high-potential talent. Master in performance development of future ready program and management to diagnose person-job fit.
  • Be the company culture ambassador to promote Golf Pride culture and Eaton core value to support employees' person-group fir and person-organization fit.
  • Develop, recommend, implement and maintain company talent policies and procedures, conduct the effective and efficient communication through all channels to well-inform employees and coach stakeholder.
  • Provide support to employees and managers in the handling of all learning and development activities which may include: Eaton university, functional college, competency matrix , Eaton business system, fielding employee questions or concerns, communication and the interpretation of procedures and philosophy, maintain a productive and positive learning environment.
  • Support site leaders on Organizational Capabilities Assessment process and Organizational Change Management to be familiar with Eaton best practice.
  • Responsible for planning and executing varied projects that are assigned, which can range from community relationship and service program, school relationship and related program, or providing training on new HR tools, etc.

Qualifications

  • Human Resource, Business Management or Psychology Bachelor / Master Degree
  • 6 years human resource experience above. Manufacturing or retail industries are plus.
  • Training design knowledge and ability are must.
  • Expert in excel, PowerPoint and Office software.
  • Office 365 or modern HR tool is plus. 
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate professionally and maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information and situations with discretion.
  • Group facilitation and presentation skills
  • Ability to work with people at various levels inside and outside of the organization
  • Able to learn non-HR function knowledge
  • Able to build internal and external network to optimize information and obtain best practice. .
