Responsibilities

  • Ensuring strategic alignment of the training department with business goals
  • Identifying training needs by consulting with stakeholders and using needs assessments
  • Deliver soft skills classroom training programmes for mid-level management as well as learning and development solutions

Skills and Experience

  • University degree, in human resources development, business management or other related disciplines
  • 5-7 years’ proven experience in delivering soft skills training
  • Ability to influence assertively and build trust
  • Strong stakeholder management and consultation skills in order to provide advice to business leaders and deliver effective training
  • Mature and possess a strong sense of responsibility. Work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Solutions-driven while maintaining wider perspective and attention to detail
  • Excellent language skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
