- Ensuring strategic alignment of the training department with business goals
- Identifying training needs by consulting with stakeholders and using needs assessments
- Deliver soft skills classroom training programmes for mid-level management as well as learning and development solutions
Skills and Experience
- University degree, in human resources development, business management or other related disciplines
- 5-7 years’ proven experience in delivering soft skills training
- Ability to influence assertively and build trust
- Strong stakeholder management and consultation skills in order to provide advice to business leaders and deliver effective training
- Mature and possess a strong sense of responsibility. Work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Solutions-driven while maintaining wider perspective and attention to detail
- Excellent language skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
