Job Description
Main duties:
- Partners managers to identify team and individual capability levels and gaps that affect organization performance
- Recommends suitable learning options to meet individual and team requirements, considering appropriate delivery channels
- Partners and coaches managers and employees to ensure that they understand the learning plan and their role in delivering it
- Partners relevant subject matter experts and third parties, and takes the lead in designing and implementing learning solutions
- Engages with managers and employees to ensure that the company is in compliance at all times with relevant training legislation
- Facilitates internal learning events and workshops, delivering content as appropriate
- Evaluates learning activities for effectiveness, continually seeking ways to improve
- Works with internal and third-party providers to deliver training plans, monitors service levels and gives timely feedback
- Monitors training costs against agreed budgets
- Maintains systems, processes and local policy to effectively manage and monitor learning activity
- To assist in HR projects and other assignments whenever required
Qualifications Requirements:
1. More than 4 years working experience in training
2. Bachelor’s degree (preferably HR related)
3. Planning and organizational skills
4. Presentation skills
5. Strong ethics and commitment to TechnipFMC values
6. Knowledge of the training practices and performance appraisal within the industry
7. Fluent in English
