Maintaining and executing the established Learning and Development ecosystem as co-moderator. Driving for small and rabbit improvement, process/methodology innovation, automation deployment for existing Learning and Development processes, and guidance. Designing and/or piloting new Learning and Development projects/programs, and maintaining healthy customer service. Communicating and reporting to stakeholders and customers for Learning and Development related works. Co-conducting/-instruction/-facilitating/-producing Learning and Development program, session, and class in a professional business manner.
Qualifications
3rd or 4th year student at any major, however priority for Tech, Communication or IT. Have expertise in Microsoft 365 Platform (mastery in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and basic experience in SharePoint, Automate, and PowerApp). Able to perform data research and analysis. Experienced with e-Learning, self-learning, and online learning environment. Properly communicating in English and able to present, write, and read. Able to work with multiple focus, self-priority, and maintain performance progress.
