Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Training resources: Internal and external learning resources collection and distribution;
  • Training Program: design and organize training programs for different layers of employees, especially for MT program and management level, and deliver soft skills training;
  • Competencies Project: define and update key competencies of various region, conduct competency assessment session and follow up the Developmental action;
  • Talent Development: organize talent development programs for talent pool candidates;


Qualifications:


?University degree

?8+ years in training, L&D or talent development role.

?Experience in manufacturing facility is preferred.

?Good English writing and speaking communication skills.

?Ability to work well with all levels and types of people

?Problem assessment and analysis capability

?Strong organizational awareness and business sense
