The opportunity:

Our People and Culture department has an exciting opportunity to join their fun and collaborative team as a Learning and Organisational Development Administrator. Reporting to the Head of Learning and Organisational Development, you will provide administrative support to the Learning and Organisational Development team learning and organisational development initiatives for employees, advisers and intermediaries.

About the role:

  • Coordinate learning events, including scheduling, promotion, registration, catering, resource preparation, room set up, managing stakeholder expectations, etc.

  • Internal LMS Administration (Workday): Upload content, manage ongoing and ad-hoc campaigns, schedule face-to-face training, troubleshoot user issues, user experience testing.

  • External LMS Administration (Appinium): Upload content, assign learning, manage user licenses, user experience testing.

  • Run regular reports to meet  team obligations, reconcile data where required and upload data to the relevant systems (or liaise with appropriate stakeholders to do so).

  • Support the team with other initiatives as required, e.g. diversity and inclusion events, reviewing learning content.

  • Continuously improve documentation, processes, reporting.

Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet reasonable operational and/or other requirements.

About you:

  • You will need to have proficient Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel at an intermediate level

  • Excellent administration skills, communication skills and high attention to detail

  • Proficient analytical and reporting skills - strong ability to interpret and manipulate data

  • Sound knowledge of LMS systems might be advantageous

  • Working knowledge of Webex / Zoom / MS Teams and/or other virtual event / meeting platforms
