Responsibilities 

• Assist Leasing Manager in serving clients for promotion venue /wetmarket
• Support lease renewal, stall handover, legal documentation as well as tenancy administration
• Prepare leasing budgets, reports and related analysis for managerial review
• Review and maintain the tenants’ database
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required  

Requirements  

• Minimum 4 years’ Leasing/Sales related experience preferably from catering/ fresh markets/department stores/supermarkets/retail sector/ property management
• Possess good business acumen with strong market awareness
• Proactive, a team-player with excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Well-versed in MS office
• Immediate available is preferable
