• Handling leasing matters with relevant departments & lawyers
• Explore new business opportunities for store expansion
• Prepare the investment estimation of each potential site
• Conduct analysis of identified sites taking into account of geographic, area demographics and sales potential to support the opening of new store
• Handle all matters related to the existing property portfolio, including the rental renewals of outlets and legal compliance
• Plan and provide sublet and license support and maximize its return
• Facilitate implementation of new shop opening projects through close coordination with the implementation teams, e.g. operations, project, customer service, finance and information technology
• Undertake regular market research to identity potential market and develop corresponding strategy to drive business growth and gain market share
• Provide regular feedback to senior management about marketplace and competitor activity
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in business management / Real Estate / Property / Facility Management, Surveying or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years working experience and at least 5 years in managerial position
• Well communication and negotiating skills with landlord and handle all daily inquiries
• Has market intelligence, such as competitor info and local market practice (preferable in catering industry)
• Strong project management and implementation skills
• Presentable, strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive and able to work independently and under pressure
• Proficiency in spoken and written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
• Strong PC skills, well versed with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Willing travel to China if necessary
• Experience in managing fast track project or F&B industry will be advantage
