Our Client

One of the leading listed real estate developers in Hong Kong with reputable brand and excellence in development of premium portfolios is currently looking for Leasing Manager/ Assistant Manager to join their leasing management team to take care of their retail portfolio in Hong Kong.

The successful candidate will…

• Handle the leasing matters for retail portfolio in HK
• Liaison with different stakeholders incl. international brands, local estate agents
• Develop new leasing strategies & conduct marketing research
• Conduct cost benchmarking and oversee the P&L of the portfolios
• Organize community promotional events

You will have the following qualifications…

• Degree holder in Business, Marketing, Real Estates or related disciplines
• At least 12 years’ solid experience in real estate industry with property developers in retail leasing management projects
• Fluent English and Cantonese
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Leasing Manager
