Responsibilities:

• Handle the marketing and leasing matters of commercial premises in Mainland China;
• Conduct market researches, feasibility studies, rental assessments and data analysis;
• Liaise with real estate agents, prospective and current tenants for new lettings and lease renewals;
• Coordinate with property management and other related duties for commercial premises;
• Assist in preparation of presentation materials.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Surveying, Real Estate, Property Management or related disciplines;
• Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience in commercial leasing. Experience of shopping centre management is definitely an advantage;
• Self-motivated, outgoing, willing to take responsibility and act with integrity;
• Sensitive to figure with good analytical skills;
• Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese (fluent Putonghua is a must);
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word;
• Base in Hong Kong, travel to Shanghai, Shenzhen and Zhongshan is required.
