• Client: A Leading Property Developer
• Position: Leasing Officer - GP Surveying
• Responsibilities:
• Assist in valuation for land acquisition
• Conduct market research and data analysis for Hong Kong and Mainland properties
• $22-28K, 5-day work week, medical, bonus

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in surveying, real estate or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
• Candidates with PRC background preferred
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
