Job Responsibilities: 

• Assist Leasing Manager in leasing related assignments & management;
• Handle tenancy related documents and prepare various leasing reports;
• Assist in data management / analysis and marketing research;
• Work with various leasing teams (both HK & PRC) in solving daily leasing issues;
• Provide support to leasing team and coordinate with the project teams and contractors on the fitting-out works;
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Real Estate / Property Management or related disciplines;
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in leasing industry especially office towers / shopping malls;
• Knowledge or experience in PRC leasing market, marketing research & analysis is an advantage;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua;
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications (MS Word & Excel) and Outlook;
• Strong communication skills, independent, self-motivated, detail-minded, hardworking & able to work under pressure;
• Travel to China is required.
