• University graduate or above, Degree in Real Estate or related disciplines is preferred
• Strong market sense and networking with property agencies and retailers
• Sound experience in terms negotiation and leasing document
• Self-motivated, energetic, outgoing and good interpersonal and cold call skill
• Fluency in verbal communication and well-versed in conversation
• Positive in taking initiative, ready to communicate with others in follow-up works
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Putonghua
• Proficient in MS office including Chinese Word Processing
