Client Details 

Our client is a medium sized Hong Kong developer with many properties across mainly Hong Kong and China. They are now looking for Leasing Officer or Senior Leasing Officer to look after their residential portfolio in Hong Kong. 

Responsibilities

• Assist in all leasing matters and administration works 
• Handle leasing enquiries and tenancy matters
• Prepare budget and rental proposals  
• Conduct market analysis 

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Real Estate, Surveying or related discipline
• 1+ year of relevant experience in leasing/ property management, hotel background is also welcome to apply
• Passionate about leasing 
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
