Job Description

Major Duties and Responsibilities

The appointee shall mainly be responsible for the following:

  • supporting the Department Head of Physiotherapy in the development and administration of the new Physiotherapy programme;
  • undertaking course planning, development, coordination and delivery (including teaching); and
  • participating in scholarly activities and School/University activities.

 

Requirements

Applicants are expected to possess the following qualifications, experience and attributes:

  • a higher degree in Physiotherapy or a related discipline;
  • a valid practicing certificate or qualification to act as a registered Physiotherapist in Hong Kong;
  • relevant practical and teaching experience in the profession;
  • preferably with experience in programme and course administration in the field of Physiotherapy or a related area;
  • a good command of English and Chinese (preferably including Putonghua).

 

Compensation Package

Competitive compensation package including basic salary, end-of-contract gratuity and discretionary incentive (if any) will be provided to the right candidate.  Fringe benefits such as generous annual leave, staff development leave, staff learning and development sponsorship, medical & dental benefits and life insurance coverage will also be provided.
