DLA Piper's global employment practice advises clients worldwide on employment legislation, helping them meet their workforce objectives. We can assist with acquisitions, outsourcing, reductions in workforce, expansions, employee relations, data privacy and protection, litigation, compliance and risk management.
Our global reach and local knowledge means that we can partner with clients to drive consistency, deliver cost savings and help identify and manage priorities and risk across multiple locations. SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
1 - 2 years' experience within an international or large PRC firm

Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin

Experience working with multinational clients

Experience coaching and guiding more junior staff is desirable

Flexible and adaptable working style

Able to prioritise workload and works well under pressure
