Job Description

Responsibilities:

Advise business partner on all legal aspects related to consulting and solution business of internet of things (IoT)

Advise business partner on all legal aspects related to IT business

Advise business partner on all legal aspects related to business for large drive unit, solution unit, mechanical drive unit, etc., with the chance to enlarge the experience by advising other business;

Review, draft and negotiate various contractual/corporate documentation for business units and operating companies;

Provide input to the legal part of Siemens’ risk management process in project/system business (LoA)

Advise on labor law issues and coordinate with internal and external resources in labor disputes;

Support in M&A projects and corporate matters;

Requirements:

Excellent academic background with PQE of at least 5 years; PRC Bar admission is a mustOverseas education from an accredited European or American law school is a plus.

Indepth knowledge of, and sufficient work experience dealing with IT and internet related legal matters;

Indepth knowledge of, and sufficient work experience dealing with, all general commercial/corporate laws and regulations;

Strong analytical and drafting skills with proficiency in English;

Flexible, solution-oriented, self-motivated individual with good business acumen;

Good communication skills and be able to work effectively with team members and withcross-function partners.
