What you will be doing:
- Comprehensive and independent handling of tasks and cases from the field of commercial law in Northern Europe
- Independent management of legal correspondence with internal departments and external contractual and negotiating partners, in particular with legal advisors/lawyers of the contractual partners
- Preparation of legal decision-making bases for the management and specialist departments
Your experience and skills include:
- Law degree and license to provide legal practice in Polish civil law jurisdiction
- At least 5 years of relevant post-qualified legal experience with focus on commercial law. In-house legal experience is desired
- Fluency in Polish, English and German
- Interest in and understanding of economic contexts, in particular, with view to procurement contracts
- Distinct analytical thinking and acting
- Strong self and work organisation skills, ability to work independently within a clarified framework
- Ability to perform multiple tasks in a complex environment
- Team player, confident appearance
