This multinational automotive company with an expanding business in China is seeking a lawyer with business acumen to be based in Shanghai. This is an excellent opportunity to direct and advise on significant and operational legal matters. You must have over 3 years’ PQE with a leading international/domestic law firm or an MNC with experience in dealing with operational, labor, risk assessment, dispute resolutions, and regulatory compliance matters. Foreign lawyers who have an LLM and are admitted to practice law in PRC are preferred.
