Accountabilities

• Draft, review logistics services, lease and other commercial agreements；
• Provide legal support on M&A and other projects;
• Attend contract negotiations with partners, customers and suppliers;
• Handle litigation and arbitration;
• Deliver legal training with respect to contract negotiation guidelines

and etc. to Commercial team;

Qualifications

• Bachelor of law;
• Admission to practice law in china(法律职业资格) is a must;
• 5 years’ commercial law practice experience, including 2 years in a multinational company or law firm;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English
