PRC, Hong Kong or Australia lawyer based in PRC, 5 years+ legal/compliance related experience

內地、香港或澳洲執業資格，五年以上法律/合規工作經驗

Responsibilities

1. Able to undertake legal practice independently in the area of Hong Kong, Australia, Jersey or Ghana;
2. Participate in project negotiation, transaction structure design, contracts drafting and reviewing, legal advices providing and lawyer coordination in ore mining and related international trade, investment and financing, capital operation, international cooperation, investment and financing in Hong Kong, and etc.
3. Assist the company’s compliance management system building in accordance with above areas’ local laws such as taxation, customs, labor, anti-dumping, International trade compliance, etc.
4. Responsible or coordinate with overseas law firms in the handling of international litigation and international commercial arbitration;
5. Ad hoc projects.

工作職責

1. 能夠獨立承擔香港、澳洲、澤西島、迦納上述地區中某一地區的法律實務；
2. 負責與集團客戶、合作夥伴等進行業務談判與合同起草和評審工作（如礦石開採及銷售相關的國際貿易、投融資、資本運作、國際合作，香港地區投融資）；
3. 負責在上述地區中的某一區域建立符合當地法律要求的合規體系（如稅務、海關、勞工、反傾銷、國際貿易合規等），保障子公司的法律遵從，防範法律風險；
4. 負責參與各類涉外訴訟及仲裁，並與海外律師行合作，策劃、參與國際訴訟及國際商務仲裁；
5. 負責上述某一區域的法律培訓和諮詢；
6. 完成交辦的其他工作。

Requirements

1. Excellent command of both written and oral Chinese (Mandarin is must) and English as a working language in legal work and daily communication;
2. Bachelor degree in law or above with solid legal skills, overseas education or work background preferred;
3. Have PRC, Hong Kong, Australia and other regions legal practicing qualifications;
4. 5 years above legal/compliance related working experience in law firm, MNC or relevant industry, familiar with dispute law-related business;
5. Dedication, strong sense of responsibility, integrity, good management ability with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

2. 法學專業本科以上學歷，有海外留學背景或工作背景優先；
3. 具備中國內地、中國香港、澳洲等地區的律師執業資格；
4. 具備5年以上公司或律所從事同類法律業務/合同談判相關工作經驗，熟悉糾紛訴訟法務相關業務優先；
5. 敬業、良好的團隊合作意識、組織管理和協調能力；
