This multinational medical company is seeking an experienced commercial lawyer to join its Shanghai office to cover its business in China. You will be responsible for providing legal advice and support on commercial contracts and business transactions. You will also be expected to assist the Asia Pacific General Counsel on daily operational matters but not limited to distribution and labor issues. You ideally have a law degree from the US or a Commonwealth jurisdiction plus over 7 years’ PQE of corporate and commercial transactions with an MNC. Experience in the healthcare-related industry and compliance work is highly desirable. Candidates with strong communication skills and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment are preferred. You must have fluent written and oral English and Mandarin for the role.
