With more than 50 customers in China we actively contribute to the development of the Chinese automotive industry.

We are looking for a highly qualified Legal Counsel to oversee the legal aspects of our business-preferably with experience or focus in international business.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal support and advice related to company’s business

• Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure company’s full legal rights

• Review existing contracts and assist in executing contract terms

• Involved from legal side in topics such as: patent and trademark protection

• Collaborate with external legal advisors

• Handle litigation

• Keep up with current changes in all relevant areas of laws and contributing to the enhancement of the knowledge base of the company’s legal function

• Provide and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Law

• Experience with law application in business

• At least 3 years previous working experience as Legal Counsel in an international company

• Experienced in corporate law and procedures

• Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive strategies

• High degree of professional ethics and integrity

• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills

• English Language skills: Minimum requirement CET6

• Fluent in mandarin

• High proficiency in MS Office, especially EXCEL and WORD

• Team Player

• Strong will and persistence

Good negotiation skills
